Miss Mix explores themes related to identity, gender expression and belonging through animation and music. The project seeks to create visibility for LGBTQ+ experiences from a perspective rooted in everyday life and contemporary youth culture in Argentina.

The short film was conceived as the pilot episode of a series set in the city of Rosario, developed from an independent and emerging animation scene. Through a hybrid visual and sonic language, the project aims to encourage reflection on diversity, emotional expression and the importance of creating inclusive spaces for new voices in audiovisual storytelling.

The project also incorporates an environmental perspective, addressing issues such as waste reduction and noise pollution through its narrative universe and production approach. By combining animation, original music and queer narratives, Miss Mix seeks to expand the presence of diverse identities and social impact themes within Latin American animated cinema, a field where these representations are still limited.
