I love Seoul. Many people describe it as a cold city, yet I have always wanted to build my life here, even when doing so feels almost impossible. This film explores the reality of housing insecurity in South Korea, where rising housing costs, high deposit requirements, and increasing rental fraud have pushed many people into financial hardship and, in some cases, despair.

Through a personal story, the film examines how access to housing is deeply connected to class and inequality. While property ownership generates wealth for some, others struggle simply to secure a place they can call home. The project aims to raise awareness of the human cost of housing instability and to question a system in which the most vulnerable people are often the ones with the least control over the ground beneath their feet.
