Il Colore delle Stelle / The Colors of the Stars
"The color of the stars" fades when the protagonist, overwhelmed by adult routine, loses her metaphorical ability to fly. By rediscovering a childhood drawing, she attempts to reclaim the everyday magic that adulthood has stripped away. The work thus questions the nature of Peter Pan syndrome, poised between the regret for vanished wonder and the acceptance of inevitable growth.
Statement
With this short film, we wanted to share our dreams, fears, and aspirations, bringing to life a work that reflects our personalities and our way of seeing things.
Saying 'Change is scary' might sound cliché. But coming from kids who just finished high school and are about to step into the adult world, I assure you, it's not.
