EXPRESSING ONESELF BY LIVING

“EXPRESSING ONESELF BY LIVING” is a documentary that explores the meaning of the creative act through philosophical and personal reflections.

Statement

“EXPRESSING ONESELF BY LIVING” arises from the desire to reflect on the power of the creative act as a human instrument of transformation, memory, and care. The documentary addresses universal themes such as grief, personal growth, spirituality, family memory, and the need to express oneself. The act of creation is something we all have deep in our hearts: we all desire to create. Through testimonies, archival materials, and philosophical reflections, an extremely varied picture emerges of how each expresses their creativity, without necessarily conforming to the artist's paradigm. The film aims to stimulate reflection on creation as a means of facing the past and fully embracing life, promoting inner listening, sharing, and a more human and sensitive vision of existence.
