The work is adapted from Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale The Emperor's New Clothes, telling the story of an emperor wearing new clothes woven from forced praises of the people, which turn into a storm during the parade. While the story is fantastical, it deeply reflects the contradictions and issues of the real world.

The film explores the political and social reality of East Asia, focusing on the process and consequences of the "forced praises of the people" and its relationship with society. In terms of production, the work combines the rhythm of traditional Korean music with quick-cut shots symbolizing society, humorously expressing the absurd order and the power-dominated social reality of East Asia.
