Alice
Forty-year-old Alice lives in a made-up world, refusing to grow up. She shares a run-down Khrushchev-era apartment with her father, and they barely communicate. Alice only leaves the house to feed the pigeons. Her father spends his days watching TV, which is his world, but at least he goes to the store. One day, her father doesn't wake up, and Alice pretends nothing happened, but they run out of food.
Statement
It happens that people fall out of society for some reason and can't get back in, we can give them a helping hand, but in the end, the decision will still be up to them. This is the story of my childhood friend, who has left an indelible mark on me. I tried to pull her out of her deliberate isolation, but I failed, so I made this film.
