This short film is a social impact project because it gives visibility to the emotional reality of many older people who experience loneliness, isolation, and a growing sense of disconnection from society. Through Benita’s perspective, the film explores how aging can lead to feelings of invisibility, especially for women whose lives were shaped by limited opportunities and traditional expectations.

The story reflects on the generational gap between women who sacrificed their personal ambitions and younger generations who now have freedoms they could never access. By portraying Benita’s inner conflict, the film raises awareness about the emotional consequences of loneliness in old age, unresolved grief, and the lack of social and emotional support for elderly people.

At the same time, the project seeks to challenge the underrepresentation of women over 60 on screen.
