I am a director from Kyiv, Ukraine, currently studying at Yale University. My work is shaped by an interest in memory and perception: how reality is filtered, reconstructed, and sometimes distorted through experience. I return to natural environments because they disrupt that filtering, making perception feel immediate again. The frame I selected comes from a short film I made last summer with friends; as they often say, I always find a way to end up in a forest.
