Why this frame : This frame from my recent short film Ce qu'il y a dans l'ombre (The shadow within) captures the moment Françoise realizes the monster chasing her is within herself and chooses to fight it, embodying the film's message that social isolation is a spiral fueled by our own fear and self-hatred.
